Le Coucou c’est l’alliance des compétences de Mathieu et de Carole.
Mathieu est diplômé en hôtellerie à l’école de Ter Duinen (Coxyde). Il poursuit sa formation en passant par des restaurants de renommée tels que le Sea Grill, le Château du Mylord , le Saint Christophe (avec le chef Pélissier), et à l’étranger sur la côte d’Azur, en Espagne chez Quique Dacosta et en Amérique latine.
Mathieu a été chef sommelier au « Hof Van Cleve » pendant cinq ans.
Aujourd’hui, il travaille comme consultant pour diverses entreprises, pour ule Master of Wine Christophe Heynen mais aussi comme chef sommelier chez Boury**.
Le vin est sa plus grande passion et il continue d’étudier dans ce domaine.
Ma passion, Mon métier
I have travelled all over the world to exercise it as a stylist / decorator. I went through France, Norway, Brazil, Kazakhstan, Lebanon, Turkey, Dubai, Bahrain and so many countries. This world tour was my greatest source of inspiration. I learned different styles and cultures, adapting myself to each country and its customs. Every project I do, I do it with the love of the job, the attention to details and well finished work.
The mixture of colors, materials, furniture, structures have no more secrets for me. I transform your house, project, … into a soothing, coherent place, … a place or project that suits you. It is with pleasure that I accompany you in all your projects: INTERIOR decoration, events, displays, restaurant project, photo shoots, home staging…
I had the chance to make my passion my job.
